    Contracts are a big part of our business, and being able to create tracking and dashboards for this has made our contracts process so much smoother. Also, being able to integrate docu-sign means you can do everything through the system, rather than having to go back and forth and duplicate things.

    Pipefy is very well suited if you have a team doing any sort of process... for real! It simplified everything from our sales and marketing objectives/processes, to our onboarding and accounting side of things. Since you can share different pipes with others, it's easy to see where others are at in the process and move the card along while keeping others informed. It makes sure you don't miss any information or steps along the way, which is great if your process is detail-oriented. It is a little less appropriate for marketing efforts, but we still try to use it to keep track of things in a central space. Definitely best suited for sales, technical things, and accounting.

    • Creatio's client success team is super. The team is collaborative, solution-oriented, and client-driven. We have weekly meetings with the team. They show up prepared with solutions/ideas to business requests and they are clearly engaged.
    • Creatio's infrastructure team has been critical to our ability to execute our cloud strategy. They have worked with us to set up our testing and production environments within Azure, assisted in testing, and are responsive and flexible to our unique requirements.
    • Creatio has been very flexible to requests for customization. We have taken their low-code out-of-the-box solution and "Ringlerized" it. The benefit for us is an application that meets our niche business needs.

    • Documentation could sometimes be more intuitive
    • Lots of third-party applications, so frustrating when only the connector you need is missing
    • The possibilities are very large, so it is difficult to properly channel resources and needs within the company regarding this platform

    The user interface of Creatio is quite friendly. It is intuitive for new users to start using the software. It is also fairly straightforward to setup. Business users are able to become productive with Creatio in a short amount of time due to an easy to use design. I find the design intuitive overall.

    Support is really good. Maybe it is because we had a dedicated support manager. But still, all issues were resolved timely. There were too many at the beginning, but now when we solved most of the problems we contact our support manager mostly before the updates. We have a testing platform to test all updates.

    Pipefy support is pretty good. There were a few instances where the agent didn't really understand what I was trying to get help with, but that was only once. Every other time it has been pretty fast and efficient. They are also very kind and understanding. I don't think they need much help in that dept

    Alternatives Considered

    Creatio

    The user-friendliness of Creatio was a big selling point along with the low-code initiatives, both of which were important to our business. With Salesforce, unlimited wasn't really unlimited. You couldn't deploy an on-site instance and the overall cost of the system far outweighed the ROI. These are all things Creatio offers, out-of-the-box.

    We started using software we already had (such as Slack and Sheets) but this software is not actually ideal to manage processes, which led to errors, miscommunication, and execution problems. Trello is good for managing demand but offers no process customization or approval and Jira is too focused on development for our needs, and also hard to customize.

    • Automating the sales process has allowed us to land more deals via opportunity management tools.
    • No coding or manual sales processes are involved, hence we make zero errors when enhancing sales procedures.

    • Our processes are more organized and we are not missing any steps.
    • We are able to touch base with customers easier since we have all potential/missed clients in one pipe, with automated alerts (i.e. it has been 60 days since contact with this customer).
    • We are able to keep track of customer billing changes easier.
