Likelihood to Recommend If a property is managing a block of 15 or more rooms, Cvent Passkey is extremely helpful as it helps streamline room types, attendee types, and premium up-sell options. If you are working on a smaller group that has specific requirements that restrict their room options, basic booking software will suffice.

I feel like we should not have to log into Revinate and log into third party sites to answer reviews. Revinate would have partnerships with these third parties to streamline the review answering process. I also don't like how Revinate will not give direct access to Wyndham franchise users. We have to log into a MyPortal account and then into Revinate using the MyPortal link. It would be more efficient to have direct access and capabilities. Make your report creation area user-friendly. You don't offer much training or help assistance in learning to create reports. A novice may find some difficulty understanding how inventory distribution works but all of the training courses offered are very useful to help hone in on the craft
Read full review Support Rating I have not had any issues with Passkey where I needed help from the support team. The Cvent Community has been a great spot to ask questions regarding Passkey and get the answers that I needed. I think that Cvent Community has hundreds of people that have had years of experience using these different products and when I have questions, they have usually been asked in the past.
Read full review Alternatives Considered We haven't used any other options. We used to manage everything manually, which sucked up hundreds of hours of our employee's time and cause frustrations among some of our high profile clients who wanted to make their bookings or manage their trip on their own off-hours time instead of having to reach our employees during booking hours. They are then also able to edit their reservation and receive confirmation numbers without having to go through us. With all of the GDPR issues occurring, it's also solving a lot of trouble of collecting information and properly managing it.

Salesforce . If you require more in-depth reporting and automation features for a small to mid sized client,
Mailchimp is also a great choice. I do not recommend TravelClick for any clients.
