Leveraging machine learning that benefits from a global merchant network, the platform identifies the individual behind each online interaction, helping merchants eliminate risk and uncertainty.
Well suited for addressing disputes before they become official chargebacks (PreventFlow). We've not yet started using the DisputeFlow to work chargebacks that have already come in. We still use our merchant processor's interface for that. I'd to see more incorporation of RDR into the online interface. Right now, we just receive spreadsheets. In the notifications section, I have set up notifications for chargeback and prevention reports but don't see anything for RDR. As the admin of Midigator, I'd like to have greater control over user management, particularly in setting up new users in our organization. There's nothing in the online interface with this.
To prevent CNP fraud in travel industry I believe that Riskified is well suited To prevent ATO, if you have customers that they dont use credit cards and they pay by bank transfer I believe that is not well suited

Innovations; Riskified puts a huge emphasis on listening to their clients and finding a way to meet their needs, whether it's chargeback related, fraud screening related or abuse related.
When submitting a dispute, it stays pending for a long time - and we didn't get a notification of it closing out, nor a result of what the outcome was.
Going to DisputeFlow, it would be nice to have it automatically sorted with the newest chargeback on the top.
The daily emails in excel could be better formatted and easier to read.
Missing functionality/ explanation: not having full understanding why some orders with multiple "red flags" are accepted/approved by Riskified
Missing functionality: It would be great if there was an option to resubmit an order after approving a second look (so that the customer doesn't have to place a second order)
The support I've received isn't always uniform (sometimes the agent will ask me to provide additional information about an order, sometimes they won't. It seems to be random?)
One of the most impressive things about Riskified, that really sets them apart from their competitors, is their client service. We have a dedicated account manager who is highly knowledgeable about both Riskified and our business and is very easy to work with. Riskified has supported us as our business has grown and evolved.
We currently have personnel to care for chargebacks. An administrator to keep track of all chargebacks and even retrieve a couple ones that Midigator misses to let us know about. The administrator also helps by notifying the company ahead of time when chargebacks are potentially coming through or about ones that are already chargebacks before Midigator notifies the company.
We decided in favor of Riskified since cost/benefit wise was the best product. It is maybe less complete than its competitors, but you don't always need to be the "ultimate universal" solution to everything if you do your job well
We've been able to use the data to pinpoint specific issues to correct to lower chargebacks.
We have seen an incredible difference in our chargeback rate since using Midigator's service. Our rates were often over 1% but now they are almost always below 0.4%. That is a huge difference!
Since implementing and working with Riskified we have seen a steady decrease in our fraud losses on our e-commerce orders. Riskified is able to quickly adjust its models to mitigate new trends
By eliminating the need to "challenge" orders we have been able to save on staffing needed for manual review and we have seen a decrease in callback rates for our fraud reviewed orders.
