Overall Satisfaction with Midigator
We primarily use Midigator for chargeback prevention. We're planning to start using it for disputes as well.
- Alerts for disputes that have been filed
- Easy to use interface for addressing disputes in Preventflow
- Offer professional services for setting up Dispute Flow responses.
- Try to get the person's name in the disputes. This is likely because that's all the data the processors provide, but if we could have the name, we could process these in about half the time.
- Prevent Flow
- This has helped to decrease the number of chargebacks reported to our merchant processor as we're using a combination of PreventFlow and Rapid Dispute Resolution through Midigator.
Similar offerings, however, during the set-up process, Chargebacks 911 asked for detailed personal information on the principal owner of our organization. We were not comfortable with assigning corporate liability to an individual person.

Evaluating Midigator and Competitors
Yes - We did not have any product like Midigator beforehand.
- Product Usability
Product usability and engagement with the sales and onboarding team.
I'd probably pay better attention to the administrative features in the dashboard interface. Additionally, if we were considering moving to a competitor, I'd ask about RDR.
