Outlook4Gmail is an Outlook add-in that helps users perform Google calendars sync with Outlook, as well as contacts and tasks sync. It also syncs Google calendars from multiple Google accounts with Outlook ones. The settings provide opportunities of duplicates check, their elimination and automatic data backup.
1. Making broad changes to data, like moving ownership of records from one user to another for a new Sales Rep or a moved Sales Rep. 2. Making broad changes to data for product changes, product introductions and such (product naming changes, product description changes, etc.). I recently had to make a change to the name of a Product Option. Product Options are a sub-object related to Product. This name change was in 22 places. Okay, 18 [is] not a lot, but to make this change individually 22 times is still very tedious and takes too much of my time. Instead, I set up my Grid with the Object and sub-Object and made all 22 changes at once with a mass change. Piece of cake. And I don't have to go back to several of the records to see if the change was made successfully (something you have to do with Dataloader). I could see the effective change all at once on my Grid screen.
MindTickle is very well-suited for training materials and creating modules. It allows you to generate helpful click-throughs and track how users engage with and complete the content. MindTickle feels a bit less suited for loading in-person training content and events (e.g., recorded live training).
It is well suited when you have three locations of dental practices and you can review all three emails in one spot. like having the microsoft apps to use quickly from the apps buttons. I wished that there was a short class on how all be different things work togather
Reshapes the user Interface into an intuitive, clean, easy and thoughtful way, meaning Salesforce can be practically used for applications that (in my Opinion) salesforce was never designed for.
Mass updates are a God send, Leaving quick and meaningful notes, setting up meetings with clients or upcoming calls to maintain contact, all from the same screen without information overload... a real achievement.
It provides me a good graphical representation of the data and gives me the best information about the sales readiness program, which helps me to understand new processes.
This tool has influenced us by providing training sessions too.
Through this tool, I am managing my coaching sessions, checklist, and studying how I can better engage my audience.
Does not allow users to create new Campaign Member records; we would like to be able to add multiple Campaign Member records to a Campaign in a Grid.
Does not allow users to create new Task records; we would like to be able to add multiple Tasks records related to the same user but multiple Opportunities and Contacts.
MindTickle should allow users to bookmark key videos and if this feature is already implemented, it should have a better way of finding how to be able to select this function.
Some answers in MindTickle are duplicates. While this is probably an error on the setup team, being able to put the exact same response should not be allowed.

The platform is very easy to use, and for new users is very easy to get familiar with. This is great, as it makes it easy to get through all the materials you need. For people who have been with the organisation longer, it is easy to find new material to strengthen their skills and develop themselves.
Easy to use for a email and calander. If offers a wide variety of ways to use and store data. Easy to search for old emails that may have gotten lost for quick reference. Like being able to see all of our offices emails in one spot. It is a great product
I guess it would be great. I have not needed to utilize the customer support team since I have been using the MindTickle platform. I would say that a good thing. But on the flip side, I am just one user. I would imagine people who are actually putting in the content deal with customer support more regularly for any issues on how the product is operating.
When compared to Highspot, I found Mindtickle to be much easier to navigate. The UI is way cleaner and intuitve. The capabilties are relatviely the same. Overall I certaily prefer Mindtickle. The one thing I will give to Highspot is that their analytic capabilities (especially in the library) are more robust.
I believe Outlook4Gmail stacks up against AppNeta having a better graphic and simplicity. I have selected Outlook4Gmail because is more known and probably easier to find answers to questions when they may come.
I'm not in a position to know the specifics, but I will guess the three biggest impacts. One positive has been that MindTickle has kept us sales reps up to date and able to talk about all of the products. I'm sure that these trainings have led to better pipeline numbers.
MindTickle has had a positive impact on diversity and cultural training as well, as more people are learning and open to learn.
