ZoomInfo Sales is a modern go-to-market platform for B2B companies. ZoomInfo Sales helps find buyers based on an Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), advanced company attributes, and accurate contact information in B2B. It is used to identify the next customer using data-driven insights and buying signals that reveal companies that are ready to buy.
ZoomInfo has a wonderful suite of products, which I consider to be first in class for sales-related pursuits as well as marketing. They have different purposes so they don't inherently compete with each other, but I am happy to say ZoomInfo marketing is quickly becoming my …
We have ZoomInfo Sales as well. We decided we needed to have both Sales and Marketing to marry them together. We are so happy we did! We really needed to have the entire package together. We are able to research our customers within sales and then we are able to serve them ads.
We used to suffer with the leakage of leads and with duplicate entries, just like how I mentioned earlier. After implementing it, our data hygiene has improved by a huge quantity. Our team has become more efficient in terms of reaching out to the prospect within minutes of showing interest in our SAAS security products and services, instead of spending time on data entry in the Excel sheets and then working on the lead. It has reduced our manual research time by almost 36 %, allowing the team to focus on revenue generation rather than Sales operations.
A scenario wherein ZoomInfo Sales is well-suited, as I said, is good for giving you the details, the intent, and scope for a specific person working at a very specific company, and also the initiatives that are currently going on in the organization. When it comes to updating a contact's email and phone number, it does so very accurately. Apart from that, the call script feature generates a call script immediately after the call connects, in three to four seconds. Then there is a customer mapping filter where you can find similar customers to your existing ICPs. And then when it comes to maybe the things or scenarios that are less appropriate, it's again the Chrome extension part. Also, on the onboarding part, we have experienced that the onboarding did not go that smoothly. The email generation part that ZoomInfo claims is quite good. For us, the result that came out was all four to five of our emails, the email template that we had made in ZoomInfo. So all these four to five emails had the same body, the same subject line, just we can say 98% of the email were same, just 2% change in them. And there is no scope for automation. You have to process each and everything manually, even today in ZoomInfo.
The ease of campaign creation is amazing! I can get a campaign set up in just a few minutes.
The reporting allows us to easily see the performance of our ads. There is no guesswork.
I love being able to create audiences from ZoomInfo tools such as Websights, intent, workflows and lists. This allows us to target a very specific audience that we otherwise would not have access to.
Zoominfo provides us scoops regarding any new upcoming project or pain points (difficulties) facing by certain companies which helps a lot in our business to contact such companies.
Zoominfo gives us the exaction info such as email address, Direct or Cell phone number of particular contact which we want and we don't get anywhere except zoominfo
Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.
For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.
I give this rating because I feel that ZoomInfo Operations has made our work easier and smoother than before. Like now we manage our sales leads, new engagements, easily, and the data we get from ZoomInfo Operations helps us a lot to move in the right direction. our customer success rate is higher than before after implementing it.
I'm not the contact. But I see it is where things are moving and if you don't have the information ZoomInfo gathers and continues to be more honed in on our customer or prospective customers, we will lose any advantages we once had and will be left behind.
Very easy to use - there are only a couple of areas that I need to think through how best to build specific rules or logic to ensure updates are made as expected. The ability to easily add filters and immediately see how many records match them creates a use case in itself. Sometimes we pull up Ringlead just to gain quicker access to counts of records that meet specific criteria, because it is faster than building views or reports in Salesforce. It is also extremely easy to see what records were updated, imported, or merged - the reporting and access to the history of activities are very helpful.
The sidebar is seamless, and it's easy to navigate, unlike other tools. I like that the advanced search isn't too complicated, either. Sometimes, I wonder if I'm not using the tool to its full capability, but it's great for a combination strategy of sales navigation and Zoom.
I have been using ZoomInfo on and off since 2018, and I have NEVER had the site go down on me once. I'm not sure how they do it, I'm not a software engineer, but they have 100% up time compared to other software as a service. Our CRM has already gone down a couple times this year, but not ZoomInfo.
I would rate its performance 9. I do not doubt its performance, the pages load quickly withour laging or error. It gives a report within the time frame without errors, no matter how complex the report is. We integrated it with our CRM; at first, it tended to slow a little, but later it was fixed and ran smoothly.
I give this rating because I never feel they deserve less than it. Their commitment towards the customer is outstanding, whenever I need to reach out to the supprot, I feel like I am just talking to a person who is sitting beside me. They respond quickly and solve the problems easily, even guiding us on how not to get into the same problem again and again, so we can avoid going back to support.
Have a plan on how you're going to evaluate. We had a two-month trial period, but a six-month average lead cycle time, making it impossible to evaluate on a purely new-business ROI basis within the trial. We applied the model to our prior data, which demonstrated how much time and effort was devoted to accounts that weren't going to close
There would have nice while providing a great platform to use, to have an in person class to show how it would best serve us and to navigate. Nothing was provided to myself outside of having a sign on and the preloaded steps to get through basic processes
ZoomInfo is a more refined product that is more intensive, and it also has a considerably larger, more reliable database for data collection. However, cost is a big difference between ZoomInfo and Seamless AI. Consequently, it can sometimes be difficult to justify the price point difference.
There’s a few not listed. All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is an essential tool if you’re hunting hard and often. The AI functionality is superior to anything else I’ve used. However, if you’re a come and go, now and then prospector you can get by with other search engines that are “static” or seeming to be lacking in current data. LI Sales Nav is great, but you’re not going to get ahold of normal mid level people on there, and contact details are protected. The biggest competitive benefit here is you get everything you could possibly want to know, I’m not aware of any other product that can hang.
It can be scalable, and I've seen it at organizations that made it scalable, and organizations that did not. It really depends how well it integrates with your CRM (does great with Salesforce, for example). If a company doesn't take it serious, it will never scale unless you have decision makers and C-Suite pushing for it.
