RecruitBPM is a recruiting suite. It includes core ATS features, as well as CRM, Microsoft Office and Google Suite integrations, and reporting tools. It is available in a basic version and a premium edition with more features and billed on a monthly or annual basis.

RecruitBPM is ideal to increase the speed to hire when hiring at volume due to built-in automation. Additionally, we needed remote/video interviews and we do not want to pay for video interviews since RecruitBPM has built-in video interviewing.
I9 is filled up with machine accuracy. The fact that it is not possible to override the system and hire someone without a proper and valid work permit, makes our lives more relaxed.
Adding a new policy is done within a couple of hours... for the company that has close to 400 employees.
Reporting is quick and very easy to handle. All of your data can be pulled from the phone!
Managing interviews and handling hiring is extremely fast. everything is being done through three clicks.
Easy of you and fast learning experience. Usability and a minimal number of clicks were one of the key factors for us. Having built-in workflows, custom user access, and automation was a deal maker for us.
I have never had to use customer support on Harri’s website. I would say that this tells you a lot about the software itself - very user-friendly - which is why I scored it a 7! There have been a few times when it has taken me a while to work out errors on a page, for example, phone number formats. It would be useful if Harri were to provide more information e.g., if you were to hover over the telephone number, for example. It told you the way it wanted you to write it.
More hands-on approach and they provided us unlimited 1:1 online training whenever asked. I do not like vendors who offer you only a few free sessions. where they got our attention the most was when they were able to customize their product to our unique needs for certain areas like agency resumes, certification tracking, and expense management.
We've used cBiz (and a few of the big time platforms) in the past, but we haven't found anything that compares on the cost-benefit side of things. There really is minimal cost with RecruitBPM, and it does everything that we need it to do
