SeekOut is a people-first platform that helps organizations hire, grow, and retain great talent. They aim to empower companies with a clear picture of their current and future talent by combining internal and external data backed by actionable analytics.
10 AI matching tools in the market. Must have tool in a high volume recruitment environment. Excited to see if they can merge into the internal ATS tracking world and touch through data points in the ATS. Greenhouse is lackluster in this area.
I would highly recommend SeekOut to any organization (large or small) that is seeking a platform that covers all their talent sourcing needs. SeekOut is excellent for filtering candidates by skill set or technical background and makes an effort to highlight diverse profiles. Because of this, we are able to contact a broader audience of candidates and find talent that aligns with our rigorous DEI goals and values. SeekOut also integrates with LinkedIn, making it simple to view a candidate's profile and gain a more holistic picture of their experience, career goals, and interests. From a messaging standpoint, SeekOut is excellent in providing our Recruiters with the tools to easily run email campaigns and further market our brand and job opportunities.
I have used SeekOut to get down insights for a niche skill where that report has been very useful in running some checks on skill background.
Through SeekOut, I was able to find contact details of any candidate whom I want to connect instantly either by calling, emailing or dropping a message in the app only.
The contact information I receive is often outdated (old email addresses).
I sometimes get a smaller pool of candidates than expected.
I wish there was a dashboard in SeekOut that allowed me to send emails and store templates. The current solution isn't as simple and is more time-consuming than sending an email.
It's hard to keep track of who I or someone else in my organization has contacted. I wish there was a sidebar to let me know if/when the person has been contacted by a colleague or me.
I truly enjoyed using SeekOut and the team. The Reps' always listen and help train in you in how to use the tools correctly or help build in a feature for your team.
Using SeekOut is very intuitive. Lots of multi-select boxes, toggle switches, and keyword boxes. If you have any experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut is not a far jump in learning how to use it effectively. I will say that adding candidates to projects doesn't necessarily feel like an intuitive process after you've been redirected to LinkedIn to look at a candidate's profile
We have not needed to get in touch with the support team during our time using SeekOut because someone else in our company takes care of that matter. Overall, we have been very satisfied with the ease of use and self-sufficiency of SeekOut and have not found the need to contact the support team.
We had an online tarining with all the recruiters. The trainer was very good, and enthusiast as well. He explained everything very detailed, showed how to search which kind of functions are in Seekout. He showed the program by using examples of search. We could ask questions at the end, and he told that we can contact him any time.
Once the licenses were purchased we were sent an email to activate our account. From there we had full access to the platform and a training was set up. Since I had used SeekOut previously I understood the dynamics of the platform and was able to use it instantly.
I absolutely hated using Beamery and find it to be a waste of my organization's money. Why use something that's purely a messaging tool/CRM when you can use something like SeekOut which has SO much more additional functionality? Additionally, I prefer SeekOut even to the premier industry tool, Linkedin Recruiter. It's got a better interface and better filtering.
