Google Apps combined with Communication History and the Social portion of Nimble places it in a category by itself, in my opinion.
It is very cost effective.
I have found other tools cannot compete on pricing and the social aspect.

I am giving it a 9 rating out of 10 because it has saved my job and helped my team to cracks very big deals. Last year, we were supposed to give a presentation to a client as we were about to sign him for a project. The client asked for our numbers in a real meeting, but we hadn't prepared them for our presentation. I logged in to HubSpot CRM and created a small report that included the relevant numbers. This turned out to be a very good decision for our company, as we subsequently signed that client.

This tool is suitable for all sizes of organizations since it has the capacity to manage customer relations in the best possible way. Its features like task management, reports, social collaboration, and forecasting are always considered important for CRM and they all work without causing any trouble. But its Reports need to be more elaborate and its interface should be made easier and less tricky.

  • Timeline view and conversation log is extremely helpful and an underrated feature; this is in addition to the entire user profile view.
  • Task management is simple but effective.
  • Deal and company tracking with stakeholder management inside companies / deals is very handy; we know what is happening even though we might not be directly working on it.
  • Gmail integration is quite smooth along with email tracking.

  • More of an integration issue I think than a problem with HubSpot CRM, but we have AirCall integrated for direct phone lines and synching with individual users for outbound calls. Opening Aircall to make an outbound call automatically generates a new client - unattached to a company record as an orphan.
  • Historical records with activities is awesome but when creating a deal it isn't always a choice to capture last 30 days of history. When it is an option and you click to add that to a deal you can see all the activity items and people who have done anything with the "file".
  • I would like to see more native options for automation.

  • Nimble's storage space is very sparse, but we have found that it can be expanded at an additional cost.
  • Their mobile application is not as good as some of us expected, and we strongly recommend improving it to make it work effectively.

Thus far, our company has found HubSpot CRM to be a reliable service that serves its purpose well: a centralized business contacts database, accessible remotely, with a simple and visually-pleasing interface. Issues are non-existent or resolved quickly, and when the service is experiencing interruptions, notifications and/or updates are sent regularly.

Don't expect it to do everything a mid market organization would require but for any small business or mid to large organizations which would like to integrate to it for the social insights capabilities this is a leading solution which can add value immediately

The platform has more advantages and positives as compared to challenges or negatives in comparison to other comparable products and platforms available in the marketplace. It was extremely easy to get started with the initial deployment which makes the choice much clearer. Finally its tight integration not just with Microsoft O365 suite, but also with [the] most popular social media platforms available makes it a very favorable platform in its domain.

Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.

We've been using Hubspot for years and don't foresee making any changes away from it. It has been fully integrated into how our business operates. We ultimately selected HubSpot CRM because it had all the features and functions that our marketing, sales, and operations teams wanted. And it offered those features and functions at the right price point for our organization.

Nimble has proven to be a positive and well-respected application within our company for setting us up for success at building personal and meaningful associations with decision makers. It has been a significant reason why we have gained acceptance and trust from those who we have introduced ourselves to over time. The ability to feel a true understanding of our prospects and customers as real human beings with unique interests and common aspirations opens up doors of valuable conversation. The other options that were reviewed and considered provided many of the common ways from the past that stored CRM information. This method was much more of a static representation of the real interactions made between a company or salesperson with the prospects and customers. Nimble has brought back what should never have been lost - being like neighbors who spoke to each other about more things than just business.

  • Time-Saving is one of the biggest ROIs for me. 30-60 minutes a day means I can focus on more marketing, sales, or client work.
  • A soft ROI is in better contact relationships. People are often impressed that I follow-up after meetings, and especially when they say to contact them in 6 months or next year.
