Klaviyo may not be the best fit for everyone. It can be relatively expensive compared to other email marketing platforms, so it might not be ideal for small businesses with limited budgets. Additionally, the reporting features could be more advanced for those who require more detailed analytics.
SALESmanago is a good fit for ecommerce business who want to grow fast. Is a good solution if you want to invest your time to prepare a strategy and implement it. I always say that a marketing automation platform (not only salesmanago) it's not a magic button that multiply your revenues. You have to prepare a strategy implement it, monitor and improve again again and again. Considering business without an ecommerce there are some other better than SALESmanago.
Email automation that nurtured new prospects with education and promotion content.
List segmentation. We could segment our list by behavior, purchase history and by demographics. This gave us more views into the customer segmentation.
Promotion emails. the high delivery rate of Flash sales, discounts, and promotions that drove sales
SMS messaging. We could time SMS messaging to be aligned with email promotion to give a more omni marketing approach to CRM
Reporting. Klavio provided excellent reporting by campaign and marketing period. It was able to track open rate, CTR, conversion and revenue.
Creative Management. Klavio allowed us to store graphics from previous campaigns and use them in future marketing efforts
Campaign Builder. the email builder mechanism is outstanding allowing for graphic, text, shapes and images all to be incorporated in HTML emails
Testing. The AB testing function allowed for campaign optimization
The solution is easy to use, once you learn it. Given that the marketing automation software is very complex, they managed to create a user-friendly interface, easy to use even without programming knowledge.
Educates users and customers - It is impressive how many resources SALESmanago invested in educating customers. We are talking about video tutorials, webinars every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, blog articles, infographics, free eBooks, Marketing Automation Day, events etc.
Multiple tools integrated into one - it's a habit that you find all the information and tools you need in one place. There are other solutions on the market, but SALESmanago is among the only ones that provides an overview
30 day free trial - the advantage is that you do not have to pay first to use the solution. In the 30 day trial you have the opportunity to discover all the secrets of this tool and see if it fits to your business.
Their expansion into the US has not been very successful, and if you are a West Coast customer want training, be prepared to get up at 4 a.m.
While their functionality is comparable to competing products there is nothing particularly unique to what they offer
Their instructional literature was obviously not produced by people for who English is a first language and they are not particularly English proficient.
Klaviyo is simply a great solution for e-com email marketing & customer relationship management:
User journey visibility: We can see our clients' customers on their individual user journeys (open email, site visits) to better understand and accommodate your customers.
Flow automation: Creating automated emails that follow up with new leads, those who abandoned carts, purchased.
Email design: So easy to use, and more friendly than some other visual builders that we've used.
Metrics visibility: We can see our clients' metrics very easily and adjust efforts accordingly.
The only reason why I did not give it a 10/10 is that it cannot distinguish purchases that came through subscription recharges instead of purchases that were driven directly by email sends. Other than that, the automation qualities, design features, and segmentation options make this an incredible email platform, and I am very happy with it
Their support is always quick and we have recurring meetings with our advisor. they were great when we first started at walking us through the platform and helping us understand how to do the overall setup. They also have a wide variety of articles that cover must issues in a very clear manner that will get you out of a predicament really fast.
Don't cut corners, do it right the first time, if you take your time to build everything the way you want it then it will run itself. The platform will help you increase revenue as long as you use the tools it provides. Don't be scared to ask questions, the support team will help you get to the next level
Klaviyo is by far the most well-rounded email tool I have used. It is on par with Mailchimp is ease of email design, but far better when it comes to analytics, flows, and segmentation. We knew that as we grew, we risked alienating our audience amid we didn’t create a more sophisticated strategy for customer engagement and retention. Klaviyo was the only option that allowed us to execute our strategy without sacrifice.
I use many marketing automation tools, and I choose the right tool for the right job. I like to use SALESmanago because of its great support and very good price for the product.
It is a digital marketing tool with so many amazing features that have helped me connect with my audience personally because the data it provides me is always authentic which also helps me to understand what they exactly need.
