LeanData vs. SnapSurveys

It is best because it works like a native Salesforce application. It is not a campaign tool or a reporting tool. Routing match and reporting match are not the same thing. If you put every campaign exception on the graph instead of in a table, the graph diagram gets too big to maintain.

I think it is very important to go through their training videos and user guides. Devote the time to learning it correctly from the beginning. In the long run you will enjoy it much more than plowing right into it and then trying to find out if you did it right. Also, while you are not required to buy the annual maintenance contract, I think if you are going to use the program, don't skimp, buy the annual maintenance contract. The free technical support is necessary, especially when you are up against deadlines.

• LeanData's UX is top notch. I love how intuitive the FlowBuilder is, and how it helps visualize a process. I don't need to use another tool to map out the flow, and then build it again in LeanData. I also love the testing feature.
• LeanData support is amazing. So communicative, and helpful. They were so helpful during onboarding, and continue to be a great resource as we optimize.
• Territory management/Routing/user scheduling is super easy in LeanData. Far more robust than other solutions out there.

• The training helped me to customize surveys for the different departments that the office of IR served.
• Surveys were easy to create and gathering information was made easy because SnapsSurveys worked well with SPSS.
• Once surveys were created I could scan them and have the results to my boss in less than an hour depending on the size of the survey group.
• Snaps customer service reps were always willing to help.

• When uploading leads from a tradeshow, if you have multiple leads from the same company, LeanData will create multiple opportunities. We created a work-around to add a delay to the second individual from each company so that LeanData would not create the duplicate opportuntity, but the ability to do that out of the box would be nice.
• We have a complex salesforce instance with complicated hierarchies. Sometimes LeanData will match to the incorrect account. We would like it to match to the headquarters.

• Though the user interface is easy to navigate, it would be nice to see is design updated to something more aesthetically pleasing.

Have renewed 3x already. It's the best system we've seen for managing actions and outputs across multiple platforms

The main reason we will renew is that it does the job, it supports our system, and we have budgeted for it so why change?

It has. a really specific use case, but it has delivered all that it has promised. There has been no missing piece of the puzzle in the way we are actually using our tool; everything that was promised is in there, and we have been able to use it swimmingly.

I think as an organization there is always room to grow, however, this application has really helped us with our dilemma with offline, online, and paper surveys. We are able to make our surveys fun and engaging and the interface for the person creating the survey is user-friendly. Customer service is very helpful if you need additional support.

Fantastic customer success team that ensures deployment starts off on the right foot. There is room for improvement on the side of straategic planning and business consulting services offered by LeanData. I recommend working with an experienced consultant or third party who has implemented the product before.

I selected LeanData as it's more scalable, very user-friendly, easy to work on and be integrated with existing SFDC workflows. I really find it more visually appealing compared to Traction Complete as it's, for me, complicated, cumbersome, has a learning curve with it

It is an in between option. The options we evaluated were Qualtrics and SurveyGizmo. It's cheaper than Qualtrics and easier to design surveys than SurveyGizmo. Nonetheless it's not the worst option out there like SurveyMonkey.

• It's allowed me more time to dig into other larger projects.
• It helps me avoid spending too much time on manual tasks like list analysis and lead routing.
• It provides audit logs so I don't waste time digging to find the source of an error.
