    To adapt to Procore features working concepts is an easy and flexible capability that allows free access to all the project data and the distribution of reports across the entire team's professionals is quick and very simple. The tool also gives the ability to budget and plan the project resources and the expense management functions on Procore are excellent.

    WorkflowMax

    WorkflowMax is very well suited for a business that wants to track time billed by project, to have an easy way to generate invoices for those projects, and to keep track of overall productivity and invoice status. I imagine it can also be adapted to different types of businesses that deal in goods rather than services and time. I am not sure for which scenarios or businesses the program is not appropriate.

    • You can customize the notifications and this has helped us enormously to schedule dates that we overlooked. Also the templates are customizable which gives the company its own branding on its reports.
    • It is integrated with the Xero platform which makes it very useful to streamline the processes of billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash flow and all the accounting and administrative area.
    • It also has a very complete mobile version, where we can be present and monitor the progress of projects in real time, no matter where we are.

    • The dashboard is simplistic to the point that I don't feel like I am getting enough information about a specific project from the get-go
    • Granting access to a project on Procore is not very straightforward as a consultant- restrictions sometimes cause hold-ups

    • Currently the timesheet function allows staff to input time for overlapping periods which can cause some headaches when it comes to payroll and invoicing. We understand this is being addressed.
    • The amount of flexibility in the product can create some challenges when setting up the jobs database at the onset. It is a daunting challenge but worthwhile when completed correctly and rolled out across the firm. Adding new jobs is much easier.
    • No search function to find a specific job, you have to scroll through all jobs allocated to you.

    Procore does have a feedback forum where you can suggest new or modified functionality. They also have support chat that you can utilize to get immediate responses.The feedback forum is great, but sometimes it feels like the development is slow or stalled on suggestions. The chat function is pretty good and the reps are knowledgeable. If they are unable to answer my question they follow-up through email very quickly. I am very satisfied with Procore's support. As a Procore customer you are also assigned to a Procore Customer Success team. I haven't had to reach out to them very much, but if I need to escalate an issue they are always available. I don't give support a 10 because of the slow or ambiguous responses I have received through the feedback forum. Procore also provides a "community" forum where you can reach out to other users to answer any questions you might have

The way the certification programs were broken up into small parts made it seem much less daunting to complete.     The hardest part about the implementation of Procore was getting all of our subcontractors uploaded into Procore and getting the correct contacts in for bidding. All of this information was with different people throughout our company, so getting it all into Procore and making sure it was correct was quite a challenge and caused the most growing pains for us. It was one of the reasons we had to wait to implement bidding because we couldn’t take the risk of sending out RFPs to people that weren’t correct or weren’t going to use Procore.

    Procore has all of the functionality of this software and more. I do not think it is even fair to compare the two seeing that Procore is able to do much more. Official drawings and documents are critical to keep organized and in order, which Procore does seamlessly and intelligently.

    WorkflowMax is much much easier than Streamtime, much more affordable and easier to try out and see if it meets your needs. Streamtime is a great comprehensive product but we lost a year's subscription in investment because we couldn't get answers to the support questions we needed and they had a no refund policy!

    • We've definitely become more efficient since using Procore. We were previously doing everything via Excel spreadsheets or Word documents. Now most of our operational processes are through Procore.
    • We save time in the field and in the office as there is now a flow of activities so everyone is on the same page.
    • We manage more projects (whether they are in construction or in bidding stage) more effectively because now we have one place to manage all aspects of it.

    • Max enables the Loan Assistant team to manage their workflow in an efficient and productive way. The team all work from home. It is the centre of our Loan Assistant universe.
