Bergolla Procore
Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Bergolla is an acoustical ceiling subcontractor. We have customized Procore to work for us. We developed a numbering system that allows us to search and filter our bids. Even though we are a subcontractor and don't have subs working for us, all of our employees need to have access to documentation on jobs. Also, we all use Procore to produce daily reports and pictures. Procore has become indispensable.
Pros
- Document storage is completely organized.
- Procore allows us to customize our search and filtering for jobs.
Cons
- I would like to see more customizing/flexibility on the Project home page.
- Difficult to put a number on it. We are very statistically driven so having Procore to analyze financials makes my job very efficient.
Yes. My field people enter daily logs directly on the App. This has reduced the amount of time our office needs to input that information.
It hasn't gotten to that point yet.
The only other product that we have used is Excel. Honestly, it does not even compare.
- Ensure information is accessible and up to date

Yes, we have. Our office prepares all of the preconstruction documents, and our field crews have unlimited access to all of that information. We can easily communicate with our field at all times.

Product features. Procore is a very powerful tool
I don't think I would have changed much. Maybe I would have searched other products a little more. Since then I have not found another product more powerful.
Procore Implementation
- Implemented in-house
Change management was minimal - We purchased an existing business an implemented Procore form day 1. Change management was minimal
- Most if the issues were internal, as we were trying to implement our business into Procore's system
Procore Training
- no training
It's easy to learn if you are computer savvy. Otherwise you need help.
Configuring Procore
I am not the expert but using the filters for project names and numbers is a very good tool.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - We are a subcontractor so we have needed to create stages in order to avoid a large number of jobs. This has allowed us to separate the different stages and monitor status.
