Medallia is an enterprise customer feedback solution that allows companies to collect customer feedback across multiple channels and touchpoints, and analyze, understand and react to it in real time.

QuestionPro is a insights and experience management platform, designed to help organizations of all sizes, from small businesses and academic institutions to large corporations, collect and analyze data to make better decisions. The platform provides an integrated ecosystem of tools for conducting everything from simple polls to complex, multi-stage research studies, supporting both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Core platforms and use…
We are also using Salesforce.com for our customers/clients' records, usage, cases, and such. Like Medallia, we are using Salesforce.com to understand the different account usage based on the services we provide. With the data provided by Salesforce.com, we would understand …
Medallia does not only gives us convenience. It also gives us an opportunity to solve real-time feedback and create real-time solutions. The platform is easy to use, with a dashboard that could help our agents check their progress on a daily basis. I am particularly impressed …
Medallia is one of our many tools for our agents and managers. It stands out because, in this tool, we get to hear our customers and build stronger relationships with them. We are able to see reports to keep track of those tasks assigned to agents and see how well they are …
Medallia is a true enterprise solution. Our account management team truly partners with us. The user interface is simple and intuitive to use. Reporting and dashboards make it easy to find data quickly.
Other solutions are great in specific areas (customer support) but did not …
I used MaritzCX in a previous company, and find it to be a far superior product with an exceptional support team. I have evaluated the Qualtrics product for previous companies and my existing company, and it appears to be on par with other platforms.
I reviewed a number of platforms and Medallia was at the top for a B-to-B environment and had an easy way to integrate with Salesforce and have all that was needed right in Salesforce.
If you have a very large business with multiple outlets, Medallia is a reasonable choice to make because of the major scalability and the vast amounts of data you can collect. If you are a small, one-off, or independent business, it can be very costly and not all of the tools …
QuestionPro is at and on par with other solutions. It's easy to use as Qualtrics and has much more functionality than surveymonkey. The price per user is great and very affordable comparatively. There is no loss of function. QuestionPro is always improving and very open to …
QuestionPro greatly exceeds Google and Microsoft in analytics and data presentation. The ability to filter responses and automatically update statistical evaluation is unrivaled, as the other software primarily export data as CSV or Excel files. Google and QuestionPro are both …
QuestionPro and Qualtrics are both good products with extensive feature sets. However, Qualtrics starts licenses very inexpensively, then after it becomes clear that changing vendors would be expensive, they commonly double the price. That happened to us and if you search the …
First of all, QuestionPro has powerful futures when we compare it with others. I am not sure but somehow interface of the product is always important for some more than its functionality. QuestionPro has many features, functionality and has a great interface. It is easy to use …
SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, SurveyGizmo. SurveyMonkey and SurveyGizmo are perfectly fine for simple surveys and have also improved enormously over the years, we are currently evaluating Qualtrics.

Chose QuestionPro
QuestionPro is better or on par with these programs. I would say that it's better than SurveyMonkey and Zoomerang, as it's more customizable and professional "looking". It's on par with Qualtrics as it has a lot of the same functionality and customizability. The relative …
QuestionPro is a better product; it is a more complete product with more detailed questions available to the user. Additionally it has a greater support system. Furthermore, QuestionPro has recently developed more graphics to visually show the descriptive statistics.
Any customer service industry would benefit from implementing Medallia. This is your one-stop-shop for everything surveying and data analytics. I have personally seen this successfully implemented in both software companies and retail. Medallia offers multiple integration options to create connected applications in your business. This is designed as an enterprise solution, smaller businesses may find it difficult to justify the cost.
I would recommend it for VERY simple projects. For anything that requires extensive programming, it's probably better to have a professional survey programmer develop the code rather than the research manager or director. Otherwise, it's an easy to use and intuitive program. It's also a good option if pricing is a concern.
Our service model does not provide any ownership over the platform. We have to engage our Medallia Project Team to build surveys, troubleshoot issues, make changes to surveys, reports, and dashboards, resulting in long turnaround times and inefficiency.
Medallia charges for both "units" and users. "Units" are defined as named individuals in surveys, but don't have log-in privileges. In our case, they are customer service agents or business consultants that engaged with the client but are not part of our closed-loop case management process or access to the platform.
I would like the unique key generated for the respondents to be random and not follow a sequential number. We have bypassed this, but it needs additional effort and time.
There is an option for the "finish page" which is a report that summarises the survey that has just been completed for the respondent has been in "beta" for a long time!
Some of the advanced report options are only available online and would be useful to be able to download in different formats as are the more standard/simple filtered reports.
It's a fine product, but it's also a very competitive field, so it wouldn't take much to knock QuestionPro from top tier status. I would like to see more functionality in all programs, so whichever program does that first is likely to get my money in the next round of budgeting.
Medallia's user interface is simple and intuitive for the end-user. Everyone in our organization from the CEO to store level team members use Medallia to see how we are delivering experiences for our customers. From an administrative side, I would rate Medallia closer to a 7.5, but this part of Medallia is not used as often post-implementation. That being said, you will need a technical/IT resource on staff or will need to pay a premium to a 3rd party to manage it for you.
QuestionPro is very easy to use. There are lots of question types and drag and drop functionality. There are lots of ways that make the platform easy to use
Medallia is always there to answer questions and/or support our needs. In some cases it does require a PO if the request does not fall under normal support, but that does not change the fact that they are very responses and available to support your needs
They offer email, chat, and phone support. I have used the chat support several times. Response time was fast, but the rep did not always have the answer. Inquiries are answered quickly and thoroughly.
We are also using Salesforce.com for our customers/clients' records, usage, cases, and such. Like Medallia, we are using Salesforce.com to understand the different account usage based on the services we provide. With the data provided by Salesforce.com, we would understand where we are lacking, which parts we are strong in, and which part of the service needs improvement. All in all, both products are very helpful and, [conveniently,] both are integrated into one another.
QuestionPro greatly exceeds Google and Microsoft in analytics and data presentation. The ability to filter responses and automatically update statistical evaluation is unrivaled, as the other software primarily export data as CSV or Excel files. Google and QuestionPro are both easier to navigate than OneDrive’s Forms features. QuestionPro’s visual appeal falls short of Google, but it remains comparable with OneDrive.
It does play a big role when we are running a referral campaign. Referral greatly affects sales and retention since customers are bringing in new clients/customers.
It helps our organization keep track of the accounts that are most likely to churn by checking their feedback and knowing how we can improve our service.
Since we're a major research university, we don't really look at ROI as comanpanies do. However, when we switched from using Qualtrics, our five year contract with QuestionPro saved us over $900,000.
The only negative impact was that it takes time and effort to move to any new tool.
