In addition to the basic licensing tiers, Supermetrics offers customized packages according to customer needs.
ReportGarden, compared to other tools, is more simplistic - however, that is a strength for less sophisticated, smaller agencies or organizations looking for a simple, affordable tool for reporting. It is easier to learn, easier to use, it costs less, and it integrates better …
Supermetrics is definitely the most sophisticated and adaptable of the tools. It provides the most in-depth metrics reporting, the most accurate reporting, and the most detailed reporting across all of our platforms and campaigns. It is definitely worth the cost, if your …
ReportGarden works really well for us because it takes the human element out of creating reports. We can automate monthly, weekly, even daily reports and send them directly to clients without any direct intervention. This saves us a ton of time we can use to analyze reports instead of format them.
Singular is perfect for companies that have limited BI developer resources. If you work with more than a few media partners, Singular aggregates all pre-install metrics and automatically connects it to your BI data / MMP provider. This use is perfect for executives/directors that want to have a quick snapshot of their marketing spend. Singular also works well for media buyers that want to export Singular report as a base for creating optimization reports.
If you are looking to pull and aggregate data from multiple sources for reporting or analytics, Supermetrics is the best option for connecting those data sources into a single table. Supermetrics is less beneficial if you report on a single data source or do not need to aggregate your data into a single source.
Cross-platform reporting all in one place; this is a strength because there are very few tools that offer this.
Easy-to-use platform layout - everything is clean cut and simple; this is a strength because many other tools out there are complicated and don't look great.
Built well for agencies, and organizations where there are multiple users, and/or multiple clients; this is a strength, because this is ideal for agencies such as ours.
When we report about a bug or a problem the support usually responds quickly and try to provide a solution/fix in a timely manner. I wish that they had a monitoring tool to notify me about bugs before I spot them myself.
Kissmetrics offers a great product, but it can also be painfully expensive. We love the product they're able to provide, but when it came to overhead costs, it didn't make sense for us. ReportGarden is far less expensive and seems to deliver more value, so the decision to go with them was pretty easy. We've upgraded tiers to accommodate more clients a few times and still pay less than Kissmetrics' bottom tier.
AppsFlyer is the top of mind MMP, while Singular would be my second choice with Adjust. AppsFlyer has a great UX and customer support. While Adjust is still lagging a little bit behind.
Supermetrics is better because of its ease of use and it mirrors most of the metrics on ad platforms. For some similar reporting platforms, metrics are often called something slightly different or are not able to pull the same data as presented on the ad platform; Supermetrics is the closest you'll get to exact data alignment.
