Zoho CRM is the best contact relations manager I've been able to find. It has helped me stay on track with reaching out to my clients and potential clients on a daily basis. That was my biggest problem before and Zoho CRM has been amazing and helping me with it. I get regular reminders and can easily follow up. I also love the ability to share info with my colleagues. We can work together on a task and get it done more quickly then without Zoho CRM

- Great reporting section, you can extract some really detailed reports of your leads and their status.
- User access control and 2-factor authentication are really easy to define and set up.

- Reliance on Apache Tomcat causes a lot of headaches. There are common issues trying to start up the server, resulting from Apache Tomcat misconfigurations, or Java. Some forum posts on Sage City address common issues, but digging into server logs seems to be an often occurrence.
- Support is somewhat lacking, less user install base means error messages are sometimes hard to find quick answers for. Most of the knowledge found on the internet is in the Sage City forum.
- Integration with Microsoft 365 causes you to have to turn off some security features. This will result in your 365 tenants running lower security standards than recommended, it may put you at risk for targeted attacks.

- Reporting leaves a lot to be desired. It is difficult to set up reports exactly how we want them.

There are really no other words to say, it is a very easy to use application that is more straightforward and has provided better results with the bulk of features that appeal to a very broad amount of users. There may be other CRM platforms out there that are more prevalent, but I have found them to be much more clunky and less intuitive than Sage CRM.

In my overall experience, I would highly recommend Zoho CRM, though it lacks the feature of partial entries, still we used that for our non-profit organization. They have offered us a non-profit discount as well. Moreover, their support is good, and has dedicated employees to help the clients. From my experience, sometimes, we got the idiots, but overall the support is good. They have helped us in doing custom functionalities that other CRM providers don't do for free.

Sage works very quickly based on the network you are using it on. It is internet based so if your network is slow, it will perform slowly. Reports seem to run reasonably fast, if there is too much information it is trying to populate that could slow it down a little. When Sage CRM is integrated with a Sage ERP product it doesn't tend to slow down either system at all

Support team is really slow and they need to work on this really. Sometimes it takes days to resolve a simple query and there is no way to get it expedited. Rest the product is is amazing but the team should look into the costumer support and get it working

Take it slowly and meet often with your team to solicit their feedback. Listen to what they are saying so that if something is not clear, you can address it before they turn on the CRM. Also, whatever system you were one previously will not match Zoho CRM which is both good and bad. It's good as I know Zoho CRM will be better than whatever you're been using. Bad because it will require change and how you did things in your old CRM may need to be modified a little when using Zoho CRM.

Whilst SAGE CRM was selected around 10 years ago and we became a partner, the main contenders would have been at the time Sales Logix and MS CRM 4.0. However, we had extensive experience of the mid-market CRM's and decided on SAGE CRM since it had a clean, easy to understand interface and importantly offered both workflow automation and Self Service capability, all of which across both the Case and Sales and Marketing functionality was seamless and saved time. As it was pure browser based, access was from anywhere we wanted.In my view, SAGE CRM still stacks up well against all the other mid-market CRM systems and offers good value for money, but more importantly, it is an easy to operate and customisable solution which user like. Again, we can teach administration users very quickly to support and customise themselves since the admin. function are clear as well.

Salesforce is what we were using before we moved to Zoho and primarily was due to lack of support and especially lack of local support. We evaluated Freshworks CRM as well and they came a close second except for the reporting and analytics functionality and the limited options to customize dashboards and reports alike to cater to our internal requirements.

- We had Zoho CRM early on when it wasn't quite as robust as it is now, so there have been vast improvements, which also puts us at a disadvantage for falling into old ways of doing things rather than exploring new ways that we always wanted in the beginning.
- One thing we were able to do is get rid of MailChimp and slowly migrate to Campaigns
- Eventually I would like to migrate Zoom to Meeting but it's just not quite there yet.
- Also, I do have to say going just from the CRM to Zoho One was a VAST improvement where many apps were available. At first, I was so disappointed in the CRM but with all the integrations it's been so much better!
