Overall Satisfaction with Sage CRM
We have prospective and current customers throughout the world and Sage CRM allows us to instantly see their relevant contact information, we track how frequently we contact them, what they have previously purchased and how interested they are in furthering their business with us in the future. The interface is very straightforward to pick up and use on a daily basis from our more novice users to the more advanced. It is used primarily in the sales and marketing divisions at our company.
Pros
- Tracking customer interaction
- Looking up all contact information about a customer
- Keeping track of a user's sales funnel
Cons
- Lack of social media integration
- Smaller feature sets limit some of the application usage for smaller companies
- More complete entries by users
- Users rely on it more than calling up another co-worker to retrieve data
- Better preparedness for meetings and interactions with customers
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM,Salesforce.com,GoldMine
The ease of use for our many different types of users makes it an easy choice for me and hopefully for the other employees I have recommended it to. I have seen the results as compared to other platforms and in my experience, it is far superior and easier to work with.
