Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Company I was assisting needed assistance with several aspects in the Marketing area, from email strategy, to lead follow-up, to determination of the right KPIs to monitor and track the business progress. At the moment, what made more sense was to explore fractional Marketing arrangements. Alingn.ly provided a comprehensive alternative, one-stop-shopping type of deal, that was much welcomed.
  • Marketing operations
  • Strategic mindset
  • Operationalizes the plans: KPIs, dashboards, expertise
  • Documentation is good, sometimes is too much
  • Reports and dashboard need to be sustainable, hence excel must be used at max
  • Marketing budget that may include multiple market variables
Great experience with Align.ly, very professionals and much recommended. I can't think of a scenario where they didn't deliver as promised or conducted inappropriately. Everything was conducted as early defined in the engagement phase. Fractional marketing support/operation is a critical element that involves many internal resources at the organization.
  • Clarity on the expectations from Lead campaigns and investment
  • Definition of actionable KPIs and elimination of all "vanity metrics"
  • Knowledge transfer to the organization for managing operations post-engagement

My previous company had grown and we were switching our CRM over from HubSpot to Salesforce. So we needed to make sure that all of the information was going to be entered correctly and not duplicated. We also needed to integrate our marketing software and automation tools within Salesforce, like Outreach.io and Pardot.
  • Keeps CRM account ownership data clean.
  • Helps the BDR and AE work together more smoothly.
  • Matches existing leads to accounts.
  • There is a big technical functionality and I don't code.
  • If I was confused I needed to go to the IT department.
  • The permission settings are a little hard to navigate.
One of the things that Align.ly was well suited for is the mass importation of our total addressable market into Salesforce from Zoominfo. They made it really easy to get accurate data in the system. But, sometimes the system will get confused if there is more than one account a lead could go into.
  • Saved time and labor.
  • Made the transfer to Salesforce easier.
I wasn't part of the selection process, but I know the customer service at Align.ly is really good.
