Overall Satisfaction with

My previous company had grown and we were switching our CRM over from HubSpot to Salesforce. So we needed to make sure that all of the information was going to be entered correctly and not duplicated. We also needed to integrate our marketing software and automation tools within Salesforce, like and Pardot.
  • Keeps CRM account ownership data clean.
  • Helps the BDR and AE work together more smoothly.
  • Matches existing leads to accounts.
  • There is a big technical functionality and I don't code.
  • If I was confused I needed to go to the IT department.
  • The permission settings are a little hard to navigate.
  • Saved time and labor.
  • Made the transfer to Salesforce easier.

One of the things that was well suited for is the mass importation of our total addressable market into Salesforce from Zoominfo. They made it really easy to get accurate data in the system. But, sometimes the system will get confused if there is more than one account a lead could go into.
