The main challenge that we face prior to using BrowserStack were mainly focus on testing of the website. We need to get multiple devices and first deploy our application and then test it on the multiple devices i.e. the mobile and desktop devices and many of us won't had mac devices but with BrowserStack, we got access to all the devices in one place and we were even able to test it locally.

As a remote based company it is not feasible to have physical devices for all testers and instead the organization went ahead with BrowserStack as it provides multiple devices to test on.
