Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
I have been using BrowserStack for 6 months. I used it for real-time iOS device testing, and I also use it to manage multiple ongoing projects at my company. It is very easy to use. I am also utilizing the AI feature to create detailed test cases. It is a useful feature, even though it is in beta phase. I can easily filter out the data, which shows the visual details about the test cases execution.
Pros
- Ai - it helps me writing detailed test cases with minimal observation.
- Visual representations for traceability it is very helpful, especially when I am executing different cycles.
- It is used friendly and I am also using real-time iOS device testing for my projects, which really saves time.
Cons
- I think AI needs little improvement as it is in the beta phase. I want it to ask me before implementing the whole detail, and I should be given an option to correct it. I don't wanna edit test cases one by one.

- It reduces time consumption, which helps me cover more test cases.
I saw your YouTube video, and then I was able to add my test cases. I recently encountered a minor issue while importing my test suite. Which later became handy.

Jira,Zypher scale-I feel choppy with these as they are big and so many unnecessary things which are not for my purpose Lambda test- poor customer support service late response, no real time device support based on my needs, not cost effective.
