Overall Satisfaction with GoodData
We use GoodData for a business reporting dashboards which allows us to keep up to date on the performance of the business across many key metrics. We are also able to dive deep into this performance to understand how these metrics are affected by various attributes. These are available anywhere anytime to the whole business helping develop a data driven culture.
The main problem GoodData addresses is having a single point for understanding business performance without the need to go into lots of different system dashboards.

Cons
- The new dashboard layouts are very restrictive compared to the old pixel perfect layouts
- SSO integration on platform could be easier

Very quickly, originally it probably took a few weeks, but more recent projects we have spun up within a day because we are already aware of how to do so.
The self service functionality is great providing users the ability to explore metrics and having chosen a metric only be presented with the relevant attributes and metrics. This allows other users in the business to create reports and explore data saving the data team lots of time.
GoodData cloud has been on an upward trend in terms of speed of improvements and new features. It is easier to maintain and mange than most other products in terms of the behind the scenes updates etc however the hosted nature of the dashboards does reduce the flexibility to some extent.

Not sure if it's called premium support but we do have dedicated support hours in our contract as it is an essential company product.
Yes - Yes, there have been a few over the years and they have always been resolved quickly.
GoodData support have provided excellent support in design and implementation of our workspaces and transitions between products.
