A must have for high enrolment level businesses

Pros

  • Speedy hiring process
  • Cuts paperwork

Cons

  • I am unsure about creating templates for uploading.
  • Being able to view the job ads currently posted.

  • Less room for human error.
  • Saves time rather than filling in paperwork by hand with the employee and then typing up.

One of the biggest improvements that we've had in the company.

Pros

  • I9 is filled up with machine accuracy. The fact that it is not possible to override the system and hire someone without a proper and valid work permit, makes our lives more relaxed.
  • Adding a new policy is done within a couple of hours... for the company that has close to 400 employees.
  • Reporting is quick and very easy to handle. All of your data can be pulled from the phone!
  • Managing interviews and handling hiring is extremely fast. everything is being done through three clicks.

Cons

  • Machines are accurate in the amount that the user wants. Train your management to be technology-friendly and there will be no problems at all.

Return on Investment

  • Faster hiring and applicant process management.
  • Legal cover is on a whole new level.
  • All of the documentation is on your phone. For each employee in the company.

If you haven't tried Harri yet, I recommend you do!

Pros

  • The sheer ease of use provides you with an absolutely seamless experience. This, alongside a highly passionate team, provides you with an app in which you can interview, hire and begin working with staff in a matter of only a few weeks.
  • The staff are fantastic and will do anything to ensure that your experience is nothing but the best.
  • Everything is done without paper, ensuring that everything is all in one place. It’s simple and easy to use.
  • Also, the app is updated on a regular basis, in which a number of different features are added and removed.

Cons

  • When using the app it is somewhat difficult to establish the cons. We have had so much success and loved our experience throughout. If we were to give one criticism it would be regarding the sales forecasting. You have to spend some time and learn how to use it.

  • We hired more talented people and it's super easy to manage our team - we have also had a decrease in turnover!
  • Harri saves us money as well as time especially with regards to their paperless on boarding!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have not had a good experience with this product. The customer support is not great, and it is useless to use for recruiting. I contacted them a week after posting, and they told me to allow more time. Then late on a Saturday, they sent a reminder that the postings were expiring. Then Sunday morning they charged me again. When I received the emails Monday morning I immediately contacted them. They refused to help and did not respond to emails asking for additional assistance.

Harri is an excellent choice for management in small and large companies

Pros

  • Harri focuses on employee experience to locate the necessary profile based on our needs.
  • The configuration of profiles is practical, which avoids long hours developing content.
  • Its scheduling system is quite simple and this allows a quick adaptation to the company's process.

Cons

  • It does not have an internal communication between high ranks of the organization.
  • The mobile app leaves much to be desired even though it allows finding all the information.
  • It is not clear whether a potential candidate is available on the platform, or if he/she is inactive.
  • We had few problems with the use of Harri, however, when required, their telephone team was always on top of things, ensuring the solution of inconveniences in an exceptional way.

  • The tool stores all information in the cloud allowing access from anywhere.
  • Employees can sign in digitally and consequently this speeds up work processes.
  • It allows to determine the work and attendance times of employees facilitating the assignment of tasks.

Return on Investment

  • Using Harri we found that through its functions we were able to attract a large number of potential employees with skills suited to our needs.
  • We were easily able to identify and reflect the great time gain and paperwork savings obtained by using this software.
  • Harri allows the use of all the ATS tools present in this type of software, presenting itself as one of the most complete at a moderate cost.
