It is especially helpful in identifying issues that other vendor platforms couldn’t detect or completely miss. We’ve also used it across cloud and on-prem setups, and all of these can be managed from one place, too.

very easy to deploy built-in monitors across different devices and get it up running.
The dashboard has enabled our management team to view network activity from a single location.
The ability to write my data sources is impressive, as it allows me to monitor what matters to my business, not just the default information.

Cons

I think the billing model could use a refresh, as I'd like to only pay for what we use, especially as an MSP.
Bringing in devices that aren’t already in their system can be a bit tricky and sometimes takes some extra effort.
When a site goes down, we receive a flood of alerts—one per device, which becomes overwhelming and noisy quickly.

If you have a mixed environment, such as cloud, hardware, or virtualization, LogicMonitor is worth considering, as it significantly reduces troubleshooting time.
