Automation that saves time and effort.
Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
It has been a while since we started using LogicMonitor. We used to ensure that all of our company's systems operated safely. LogicMonitor is always there to keep our systems running smoothly. It alerts us at the correct moment if anything goes wrong with our systems. It also informs us if any of our systems require any upgrades. Even our non-tech team members can easily understand if the dashboard is showing system health and performance.
Pros
- Smart alerts.
- Easy-to-read dashboards.
- It always finds the real problem fast.
- Connects with our other tools easily.
- It automatically finds new servers or systems we add.
Cons
- Limited Alert Options.
- Basic charts should be advanced.
- Bettercloud support is required.
- Faster fixes.
- Fewer annoying alerts.
- Saves troubleshooting time.
- Clear information for everyone.
The majority of our company's 450 employees are on-site, while some work remotely or in a hybrid environment. All of those workers have a single system, but depending on their job requirements, some also have two laptops. LogicMonitor protects all systems, making it impossible to determine their exact locations.
LogicMonitor automation is outstanding, as it automatically detects new systems on our server and sets them up to protect against security threats. Therefore, we do not have to do it by hand. It lets our team spend more time on important projects instead of tedious, repetitive tasks and helps us avoid mistakes.
We did not use software like LogicMonitor for the same work before, but I must say that my experience with LogicMonitor has been outstanding so far. It helps me to be free of tension. I can now concentrate on the actual work I was hired to do for my company.
