Streamlining Infrastructure Visibility with LogicMonitor.
Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
Our team uses LogicMonitor to monitor all of our team systems. Their location does not matter to us, as those employees are on-site, hybrid, or remote. Our work is growing daily, so we can monitor the systems, and if we encounter any issues, we can immediately fix them and return to work at full capacity.
Pros
- Automatically Finds New Devices.
- Ready-to-Go Monitoring Setups.
- Smart Alerts.
- Keeps an Eye on Everything.
Cons
- Setting Up Alerts Can Be Confusing.
- Reports Feel a Bit Basic.
- Hard to Use Some Advanced Tools.
- Fast Problem Fixing.
- Saving our time every week.
- Fewer Annoying or Unnecessary Alerts.
Most of the team works in the office, as we are a small company growing daily. I would say we are mostly working on on-premises devices, but we do have a few employees working in hybrid roles. So we use a few systems, like 10 in hybrid mode and other systems on-site, so the total number of systems we are using is around 50 for now.
I like one thing very much: It collects data from all of our systems, whether in the office or another location. LogicMonitor's automation for data collection means we do not need to use different systems for different locations, as it works on both types of systems.
Basically, we did not have any idea about it and how to choose, but we asked one of our former bosses, as they were very experienced with it, so they helped us by clarifying a few things between New Relic and LogicMonitor, as they told us that if you are looking for an automated option, then there is no better option than LogicMonitor.
