Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor

We use LogicMonitor to keep track of how our IT systems and cloud services are running and what they cost. It helps us spot the areas where we are overspending but not using those resources efficiently. Before they become costly issues, it alerts people to the minor ones. We use this data to plan our budgets to make investments accordingly.

It keeps an eye on about 800 systems for our company. Around 500 systems are working on premises, and around 300 systems are either on a hybrid model or in a remote location. All system health reports are always generated by it, which helps us forecast the upcoming expenses budget on systems.
We are shifting most of our systems to the cloud over the next year or two to save money and make things easier to scale. Instead of spending a lot upfront on hardware, we will pay only for what we use. LogicMonitor helps us see what we currently have, track the move step by step, and spot things we no longer need, which makes the whole process cheaper and less risky.
The IT staff does not have to perform the routine checking and reporting by hand because LogicMonitor's automation handles a large portion of it for us. This saves time and money and means we need fewer extra tools. The live data also helps us plan budgets more accurately. Overall, it keeps things running smoother and helps us make quicker decisions.
I was not directly involved in the implementation of LogicMonitor, as we have a dedicated IT team to handle these kinds of problems or work. However, after the implementation was complete, I did talk to them, and they expressed satisfaction with everything. However, I participated in the training course that was designed to teach us how to use it.
I did use Dynatrace for my freelance work, as I was doing some projects on weekends for some extra income. We used to protect all of the financial information. However, LogicMonitor is used by our organization. I must say I really like LogicMonitor, as it is the best solution for the companies that are growing day by day.

It has helped us with a lot of issues, including budgeting and security issues, so I would give it a nine out of ten. We were planning our budget for this quarter, from July to September, with the help of the LogicMonitor report from our systems. We were able to forecast our next 3 months expenses problems, and it always keeps our security at top-notch.
