We utilize LogicMonitor to gain unified visibility across our hybrid infrastructure, encompassing both cloud services and on-premises systems. It helps us catch issues early, especially during our busy times, like examination time. We have connected it with our alert system to fix the issues quickly. It helps us plan ahead for our online examinations, which are conducted for many of our clients.

We have approximately 500 employees in our company, and all our dedicated systems for employees are protected by LogicMonitor. So all 500 of our systems are protected with it. When conducting any examination, we connect LogicMonitor to our servers and the cloud to keep our examination safe and secure.
We are moving our systems to the cloud over the next 12 to 18 months. This includes approximately 40 key tools and services, such as our exam platform and administrative systems. We are doing this to make things faster, more reliable, and ready for high traffic during exams. LogicMonitor helps us track everything during the move, so we can catch problems early and ensure that nothing breaks as we switch over.
LogicMonitor automation saves us a significant amount of time by automating numerous tasks, including repetitive ones. We no longer need to use different tools or write manual scripts. LogicMonitor is helping our team be more creative, and it prevents our team from wasting time on repetitive tasks.
Some teams in our company are also using New Relic, and they are pretty satisfied with it. However, I also used it for some time, and I did not find it as flexible as LogicMonitor for our needs. So, yes, I suggested that management remove New Relic, as we have a superior tool to replace it, which is LogicMonitor.
