We use a hybrid infrastructure to manage all our systems, as we have around 600 systems, which are monitored by it, including physical servers, network switches, firewalls, and storage systems across two data centers. We are still not using cloud devices, but we are planning to go with cloud systems as well because we have tested them and have found them useful for keeping our company data safe, either on the cloud or in hybrid mode.
Automation has made it easy because so much work is done automatically. If the system has any small issues, they can be handled if we permit them to manage small matters. It also works in the background to provide us with alerts for major issues; if we like, it can monitor everything it can do.
We evaluated Datadog, but it was primarily focused on data-related issues. So we decided to use LogicMonitor because it is excellent and offers so many more things than just data protection. It also keeps our systems safe with an advanced alert system, which is more critical for us. We have been using it for the last two years.
