OverIT provides software solutions for end-to-end FSM at scale. For technicians, the mobile app, is simple, offline, and unifies multiple apps in one screen. The app provides the best experience while debriefing work orders, sharing data, and reviewing asset history, all with embedded GIS and map layers.

Dispatchers are empowered to optimize and organize field operations. The software's scheduling and dispatching aims to decrease response times, increase dispatcher efficiency, and raise technician effectiveness. The platform handles dispatching high volumes of volatile service orders, optimizes dynamic crews and is powered by GIS, while leveraging Machine Learning technology to automate the most common processes.

Asset management is simplified with the solution. Its asset maintenance module enables service on highly complex assets and mission-critical processes. The module specializes in linear assets like pipes, power lines, train tracks, roads, and more, through integrations with GIS, IoT, EAM, APM, and BIM.

Real-time collaboration helps field workers to solve any problem. The OverIT field collaboration module provides all essential knowledge-sharing to address skill scarcity: upskilling field workers while on the job, providing guided procedures, and enabling back office visual/audio support.
