In contrast to systems that operate as "one size fits all," Paycom is noted for its ability to tailor its tools for a business's specific needs. This customization is seen as a key benefit of the platform.

“I would say they have been similar in ways, but I love how Paycom is also able to tailor their tools for the businesses. I think that's pretty fair. I think a lot of systems operate as a one size fit all, but I feel like Paycom, even with being with my last organization, going through demos with you all, the biggest thing then was cost for us. But now I'm being with this company and actually using, seeing how it works, I'm able to see those benefits, not in a way that I have a tangible number, but just from day-to-day operations.”
