Implementation and Onboarding Process

14 citations from LLM engines

According to TrustRadius reviews, the transition to Paycom is described as smooth. While reviewers do not detail specific implementation timelines, they frequently discuss the context and outcomes of their switch. Many organizations move to Paycom to consolidate separate HR and payroll systems into a single, 'one-stop shop' solution. This switch is often prompted by experiences with other HRIS platforms that lacked desired automation. The primary result of implementing Paycom, as highlighted by reviewers, is significant time savings and streamlined workflows.
