Paycom for the Win

Making the switch to Paycom has brought us so much time savings with our HR and payroll processes. We wish we would have make the changes years sooner. Prior to the change we were doing so many things manually, including making sure taxes and garnishments were handled properly. Now it is all automated and we can trust that it is being done correctly. Our employees appreciate the visibility into all of their payroll items too. Paycom brought us out of the stone ages.

It has been useful to have a single system being used for our entire payroll and HR processes. There are less issues because there are not any integration complexities. Plus, it is beneficial to be able to go to a single system for everything instead of having to refer to multiple systems.

We have seen a significant time savings in our processes because of automation. The automation of processes has also helped in having back-ups in place because the system and process isn't as complex as it was previously. This allows us to process our payroll and do our annual benefits enrollment in a much more efficient and effectively.

It has not been used significantly yet in our operations. We have had employees that have indicated that they have used it.
