We use it for our payroll benefits, our training compliance, and we use it for engagement.
Pros
- It's really good for our training because it can automatically send out the reminder emails. I can easily tell who's behind on compliance, and instead of having to personally hunt them down, have the system send them emails.
Cons
- I think that during the setup phase, it's kind of hard. You don't know what you don't know, so it's kind of hard to set up everything you need. And once you get to using and want to make some changes, it's a little clunky to go back and change things.
Likelihood to Recommend
As I said, I think payroll benefits are amazing. I think where it's really well suited, and people don't use it a lot, is for your L and D learning development.
