This makes it easy for representatives to access clients' machines, work on SQL server through remote desktop, and connect to remote servers.

Another business problem solved by SecureLink Customer Connect is simplifying product migrations and movements of servers from different data centers. The product allows users to connect with customers better, improve change control auditing of vendors making changes to systems, and offer a more secure method with auditing and notifications.
