Our main reason why we initially chose Splashtop support remote was cheap, the cost of our previous LogMeIn remote support license had gone up a lot and kept going up year on year despite the... … I believe the requirements would always be the same, that is the cost, the maintenance of the subscription cost over the years, the functionality, and the pre and post-sales support.

As a small business, I don't track ROI, but I have more than covered the cost of a subscription with reduced travel, and being able to support users who I could not otherwise visit. … Security - 2FA logins Remote access - allows seamless 'in-person' access to remote user's PCs Cost - cheaper than the major competition.

Other remote access suites don't have all the bells and whistles and are cheap, or too expensive for just some bells and whistles and need more money than necessary and not affordable for a small or... … Remote Access & Support is the best least expensive solution for mid to small businesses not needing to purchase extras and cost effective.
