What is UserQ?

UserQ is a fully remote user research solution that caters for MENA researchers and testers – with Arabic and English testing options, utilising a panel of local testers. UserQ states they are on a mission to make UX research accessible to every brand, manager and researcher in the MENA region.

The UserQ panel is used to get access to +10K users in the MENA region, across 100 nationalities and different demographics. Users can recruit from a diverse range of quality testers that match a product's target audience.

UserQ's remote testing tools include popular solutions to get feedback from target users in a matter of hours. UserQ enables users to build card sortings, tree tests, preference tests, and prototype tests.

Their testing tools can be created and published in english or arabic, making arabic research accessible to every local brand that focuses on the arabic population. When arabic language is selected, testers will experience a fully mirrored interface to ensure full clarity on the content of the study.

UserQ is not billed by monthly or annual fees, but follows what the vendor describes as a flexible credit model that means users only pay for what they use. Credits do not expire.

Community Insights

TrustRadius Insights are summaries of user sentiment data from TrustRadius reviews and, when necessary, 3rd-party data sources. Have feedback on this content? Let us know!

Users of UserQ have found the process of signing up, creating tests, and recruiting participants to be incredibly easy and effective. They appreciate the user-friendly interface and seamless experience that UserQ provides. Additionally, the reasonable credit price for using UserQ makes it a cost-effective option for those looking to conduct surveys and gather opinions.

One of the key business problems UserQ solves is providing users with a platform to voice their opinions on a wide range of topics and get paid for their participation. Users appreciate the opportunity to share their insights and perspectives while being rewarded for their time and effort. Moreover, UserQ has been successful in maintaining industry standards and effectively addressing problems, earning positive feedback from its users.

However, some users have encountered challenges with UserQ that have impacted their experience. There have been instances where users have noticed a decrease in the number of surveys they receive after initially signing up, leading to a decrease in their earnings. This decrease can be frustrating for users who rely on UserQ as a source of income through survey participation.

Another problem users have faced is difficulties in completing surveys even when they are available. This can be frustrating as it hinders their earning potential and wastes their time. Some users are considering finding alternative platforms or sources to earn money from surveys due to these challenges.

If UserQ does not address the issue of receiving fewer surveys and difficulties in completing them, there is a risk of user attrition. Users may choose to stop using UserQ themselves and may even advise others to do the same to avoid wasting time on a platform that doesn't meet their expectations.

They appreciate having a wide range of options when it comes to designing their surveys and collecting data. This comprehensive approach enables them to gather valuable insights and make informed decisions based on diverse testing methodologies.

Room for Improvement in User Interface: Some users have mentioned that there is room for improvement in the layout of the user interface.

Issues with Surveys: Several users have experienced issues with surveys, such as surveys not appearing or appearing with errors. This has resulted in their earnings being stuck for extended periods of time.

Lack of Full Arabic Version: A number of users have expressed a desire for a full Arabic version of the platform, not just limited to the tests.
