Overall Satisfaction with 15Five

We use 15Five company-wide for a number of things. We use them to gauge team health, weekly one-on-ones, quarterly check-ins, and annual performance evaluations. My team utilizes this tool for our Objectives and Key Results tracking and reporting. This helps our company align our OKRs and makes sure we're all tracking towards the same company objectives.

  • Better note taking options.
  • Task distribution and assignment need improvement.
  • The mobile app on android is subpar.
  • We now track company OKRs and have visibility into them!

  • One-on-ones are tracked and recorded, and this is great for HR.
15Five has been a much better solution for our team. The feature suite is much broader and we found that Khorus at the time had a very subjective approach to measuring Objectives and Key Results. 15Five does so much more with one-on-ones, employee health, and performance evaluations. The value difference is night and day.
15Five has been our best software implementation that combines employee health, OKRs, one-on-ones, and performance tracking. It's a fantastic tool for tracking all the documentation that an HR department likes to see from a company. It helps me know how my team is doing and where I need to focus resources. It's only getting better and I hope to see a more fully fledged android app soon.
