Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

6sense helps us do ABM in the right way. The primary user is the marketing organization and we have few seats for the sales reps.
The problems we are addressing with 6sense include uncovering unknown website visitors, once we know the accounts coming to us inbound, we are going after and targeting them with Ads and other nurtures. The power of 6sense is the data that you can get out of it to do account-based everything. We use 6sense connected with our conversational chat technology 'Qualified' so that our SDRs can uncover the unknown web visitor and capture their attention right when they are on our website. We also have different segments created within 6sense that helps us know our different ICP profiles/target list to launch Ads or use for flagging an ABM Tier #1 account when they are searching about us. We monitor our key accounts searching for competitors using 6Sense technology and their intent as well.

  • You need 6sense if you want to do account-based advertising.

Cons

  • Our Salesforce instance is unique and we had specific asks for implementation. We took longer than expected in terms of timeline to launch 6sense because of the complexity of connecting systems to match our unique requirement.
  • Our CSM has been super helpful but as with any technology purchase, there are underlying system complications that we just didn't expect to take so long.
  • More pipeline generated.
  • Speed to lead.
  • Larger deal sizes.
Yes, this is our primary use case and the main reason why we purchased the platform. It is powerful in helping you know a lot more about a visitor.
We took longer than expected in terms of timeline to launch 6sense because of the complexity of connecting systems to match our unique requirement. Would have liked to get started the the product sooner.

6sense is great if you are looking for an account-based orchestration platform. The power of 6sense is the data that you can get out of it to do account-based everything. We use 6sense to know intent from our target segments, to uncover who the unknown visitor is and how we can re-target and be top of mind for the prospect. We also share this data with our sales teams so that they can timely reach out to the warm prospect.
