Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

We use 6sense as a sales prospecting tool, along with the marketing team using it to track data for future customers. 6sense has been instrumental in growing our customer base and providing insight to our sales team on trends and data.

Pros

  • Current buying trends
  • Ease of use and easy to train new employees on
  • Integration into Salesforce and other software we use has been smooth

Cons

  • It would be good if it also gathered information ie, phone numbers and emails
  • A nice to have within 6sense would company updates and scoops
  • More accuracy of contact location
  • Much more pipeline generated
  • Stayed on top of companies in nurture stage
  • Conversion rates grown immensely
6sense has definitely helped our sales and marketing teams see into buying signals from prospects. When we see that these accounts are looking into keywords our product offers this helps us understand they may be looking into us, and from there we can figure out how to best approach them.
6sense seemed more intuitive and also user friendly when training our sales and marketing team. We used ZoomInfo as well so between 6sense and ZoomInfo it helped us have a good understanding as to where the prospect was on the buying journey. I found 6sense very helpful when prospecting clients.

6sense has been an amazing sales prospecting tool. My previous role in my current company was in Sales and I used 6sense all day, everyday. It was my first time using 6sense and I found it very easy to use and it really helped me do my job efficiently and effectively. It is well suited for any company wanting to strengthen their sales efforts and enable their team to make informed outreaches.

Using 6sense

150 - The main users of 6sense at our company all fall under the Sales and Marketing teams. Roles like Sales Development Representative, Account Executive, Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, ABM team, Field Marketing team, Webinar team, Events team, Integrated Marketing team, as well as managers of all respective teams have access and use 6sense.
We do not have anyone in house to support 6sense on an ongoing basis. We have 6sense "experts" on our team who are trained by 6sense onboarding and they are the champion on our end. The main team/people who handle this are the ABM team. The ABM team then shares any learning to the broader team.

Since our org regularly uses 6sense I believe we will renew. It is a helpful tool that many of our staff uses on the daily as it helps us stayed informed and make targeted outreach to prospects and customers. It is a strong product and I would recommend 6sense to others.
