Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

We are a small team and have trouble reaching the right people at a company. We choose 6sense so that we could streamline our outreach and become hyper focused. We also like the AI email agent that saves our sales team time and increases their booking rate.

Pros

  • AI Email Agent saves us time and increases pipeline

Cons

  • Onboarding
  • Steep learning curve
  • Some of the videos are outdated
It was a difficult onboarding process for a single user at the company
  • So far we are still onboarding
We almost went with Propensity for ease of use, but were afraid we would out grow it quickly. We chose 6sense because their platform would be able to grow and scale, plus all the AI stuff is cool.
