Overall Satisfaction with 6sense
We use 6sense for marketing, BDR, and sales orgs. We have used the predictive model for marketing for 4+ years, and sales intelligence for 2+ years. The main business problems it supports us with is getting into deals earlier before it's too late, so we don't lose out. Also, understanding what prospects are researching or showing intent for so we can craft the right messaging and create content is important for us.
Pros
- Support, especially technical support, Is very useful and quick
- Allowing us to go to market faster
- Enabling BDRs to get into the right accounts in their region
Cons
- Ability to configure personas based on the buying center that matters to us
- Phone contact coverage and accuracy that the BDRs use
- Larger pipeline created
- Engaging with accounts earlier
- Ability to target accounts researching competitors
Yes, I do feel 6sense has allowed us to de-anonomyze who is visiting our site and engaging. Being able to understand where someone is visiting our website from and then use LinkedIn sales nav to uncover who the exact person is.
It has been very helpful in unlocking the best contacts for us on each account, especially for the BDR team. Understanding in the persona map who we have already engaged with, not reached etc, has been so helpful. The recommended actions and contacts has been really useful for our BDR and AE teams to take manual research off of their plate.
