Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

We use it to identify intent signals, prioritize accounts, orchestrate campaigns, and send email. It helps solve for the challenge of building campaigns, choosing the right accounts, identifying the right contacts, and tracking as they move through buying stages. We also use it for pushing segments into segmented digital ads, which was a big challenge.

  • Solve for segmentation differences between 6sense (granular) and LinkedIn (less granular), so we can use the same segment
With training provided, it’s pretty intuitive and customizable to specific use cases. The AI email functionality has been more challenging, but recent improvements have made it easier to use, especially with the new Inboxes and options to personalize at scale. We’d like the ability to link AI content from our content repository, so that will help avoid it needing to live in two places.

6sense has helped us identify accounts and contacts who are engaging anonymously before we’re aware that they’re doing anything. This has helped us send relevant messages by product in a timely manner when they may be most receptive to receiving them. This also provides a better customer and prospect experience.
This is the backbone of our advertising and campaign strategy. Everything we do is based on this insight and details content based on that. This helps us plan segmentation, timing, and content creation to ensure fresh offerings as we grow our capabilities. Additionally, it helps marketing prioritize efforts and time.

We are optimistic about what it can do for us, leveraging new workflows and AI email. We have seen results with intent based programs already and enjoyed sessions at 6sense Breakthrough for ideas on where we can improve and grow using the tools. It has been also helpful for only focusing email and ad dollars on accounts that are in market.
