Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

I use 8x8 Work daily in our organization. We are a primarily remote company, with employees all over the map, and with 8x8 it allows our employees to stay connected by having virtual office phone numbers. I really love the 8x8 Admin Work Center where a user with admin rights can have control over various options for employees.

Pros

Cons

  • more user friendly
  • easier way to connect with customer service
  • I believe the monthly cost could be a little less than what we pay
I haven't had any issues with 8x8.
I have not used or evaluated any other products like 8x8.

I love the call forwarding feature in 8x8! I haven't had any complaints from staff regarding 8x8 so I would definitely recommend it to a colleague if asked.

The support is helpful, but it seems I always have to place an online email/ticket and wait for 8x8 to call me back.
