Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our organization uses 8x8 as our primary phone system provider, both VOIP and for our dedicated and fax needs. The 8x8 system allows us to fully integrate our tele communication systems, our workflows, and our standard operating procedures together for streamlined processes and improved efficiencies across all areas of the organizations.

Usability

For the overall 8x8 system, as well as all of the individual departmental and user specific needs, we have had great satisfaction with its usability. There have been few complaints or complications, as well as little need for training during new hire training and onboarding.

Dialpad Ai Contact Center, Dialpad Ai Meetings, Dialpad Ai Sales Center, Dialpad Ai Voice, Mitel 6900 IP Series and Mitel MiCollab

In our system selection process we were able to narrow down our selection to three primary options, dial pad, Mitel and 8x8. After the due diligence and criteria review we did trials of each of these potential solutions. From that we determined that the 8x8 offering was what fit best with our budget and needs.

For our organization, 8x8 has worked best for the areas of our business, like connecting with potential clients and new client on-boarding, where the needs are high connectivity, less complicated call routing, but the need for reliability is high. We have used 8x8 less for the support side of the operations, like help desk and such.
