Use Cases and Deployment Scope

8x8 Work is very easy to use and has several features to call and text with others. 8x8 Work is the fastest means to communicate with the employees in our organization most especially the drivers. Making use of the contacts for everyone in the organization is most beneficial. The app also has the capability to warm transfer as well as place a call on hold. The voicemail feature is clear. The fax is working good. Another best feature is the call recording. It's a life-saver!

Pros and Cons

Pros

I love the flexibility that 8x8 Work provides. We have the app on our mobile phones that allows us to leave our desks and answer the phone anywhere we may be.
8x8 Work has expanded our abilities to communicate not only within our teams but also to our clients and partners. It has really opened some new doors for and this communication tool allows us to stay connected and productive no matter where we are.
The application runs smoothly, simple and has been the most user-friendly so far. 8x8 Work is an excellent software to use for our office phone calls and faxes.

Cons

It does not allow us to create group text messages. Quality of voice calls easily suffers depending on network conditions. I get some few hangups as to where the calls do not connect.
I have a difficulty time reaching a live person for technical support. There is always a long wait and is very hard to get to a live person for help.
Mobile App is not always 100% reliable. Lots of updates.

Our company relies on 8x8 Work to support our customers and to it's always easy taking, making, and receiving calls every day.
I am able to connect with all my colleagues through chat, voice and video calls with the click of a button. So easy to use.

8x8 Work is so easy to use. It is an all-in-one communications platform. It's super easy to use as it's just one click to move from a chat to call or meeting. Using 8x8 Work, everything you need to communicate is just in one simple app. It's easy to set up and you can get to calling, chatting and meeting in minutes after set up.

8x8 Work system is easy to implement & adaptable to all of the companies needs. 8x8 Work is more stable and easy to administer. It's much user friendly than RingCentral. 8x8 Work meets our expectations, providing us with an all-in-one solution that supports our growth and adapts to our changing needs. The ease of use, coupled with good customer service, ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

8x8 Work has been most of the time completely reliable and stable for our company in the period that we have used it. There is flexibility across platforms, mobile, multiple locations and ring pattern. The concept and features are just right for a small business. It has a great mobile integration feature to integrate it with our cellphones. I think we just have just to make sure we have very good internet service when using this software/app to achieve excellent service.

Yes - 8x8 Work mobile app is awesome! There are so many cool features to this software and it's user-friendly. We really like the chat feature and we use this daily to chat with all of the employees. We also like that there app and we have have been using it like our desk phone.
