Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We use 8x8 Work to reach our clients via calling and messaging. We can use it from anywhere. It is easy to use and works fine. 8x8 is a wonderful software; it has many amazing features that help us grow our business. It has great audio and video quality during the conference.

Pros

  • It makes communication connection stronger.
  • The SMS service is awesome.

Cons

  • Which issues are going to the 8x8 PS team? That team is taking too much time to resolve the issue.
  • Direct premium support is not available.
  • Using 8x8, we can reach multiple customers, and it helps to improve my business.
  • A direct premium support number should be there.
Excellent in use and has the best support team. I like 8x8 software because it works smoothly without any issues. The 8x8 IT team is always ready for the best support. It has many features. It looks like the champ of the market. Previously, we used another software. We have had a very bad experience with that, but 8x8 is best.

It is best as compared to other which are available in the market. We have number of employee in our and 8x8 is doing good . All employee have nothing problem with 8x8. But in 8x8 there is no provision to connect premium customer support. You have to call customer care and after long time 8x8 team transfer premium support.
