Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

8x8 Work is very good software. My current organization is using 8x8 Work from 8 years. We did not faced any issue and if we faced any issue then it's customer support representative help to resolve timely. 8x8 have excellent support system i really appreciate it. I love it's desktop app and VOIP phone integration. It make it easy to call number of people.

Pros

  • Voice quality is awesome
  • If I have an internet I can use it from any corner of the world
  • It provides all necessary things that a businesses need like SMS, Voicemail, Call recording, excellent quality voice etc.

Cons

  • Currently Most of the 8x8 number did not support new registration of whatsapp and LinkedIn . It hampering our business.
  • Another is there is no premium customer support Direct number . I have Wait for premium customer service.
  • My overall experience is great with 8x8.
  • My organisation all employees glad to use it
8x8 Work is excellent in use. It is easier to use and navigate it's feature. 8x8 Work is a app where I can access all features like text, call, voice recording and voice mail etc. 8x8 Work has amazing voice quality. 8x8 Work do not have direct premium customer support representative, we have to wait for premium customer support.
In my previous software we are facing lot of issues . Customer support representative service is also not good. We need some customized features 8x8 team can do this if they feasible. 8x8 has negligible down time as compare to other software which is available in the market. 8x8 is doing well theses days there is no doubt.

I am giving 8 number out of 10 number because 8x8 have some field where it need to improve which I already mentioned. But as we look overall as compared to other software which available in the market 8x8 Work is excellent. They are continuously try to improve it's services. 8x8 Work is user friendly.
