No doubt , 8x8 Work is awesome application where i can find multiple option for good communication like HD quality audio and video, Messaging etc to my colleague and my clients. 8x8 Work is reliable platform and i can use it anytime. The best part of 8x8 Work is , It provides all features in a single application and has 99 % uptime.

I like it's amazing user interface
8x8 Work is doing well to provides HD voice and video quality
8x8 Work has very nice uptime, I love it

Cons

8x8 Work needs to improve it's customer support , Some time to enable SMS service they take 4-5 hours. It impacting our business.
Some improvements need in 8x8 Work web portal , Many times when user dial a number , dial number does not connect and It show in missed call

No doubt, 8x8 Work is good platform and It doing help to grow our business.
It increasing our efficiency to connect more and more clients at anytime.

Unified Platform

Absolutely yes, Using 8x8 Work as unified plate form will help to increasing work efficiency of employee because of all will available at one place , Then do not need to switch multiple tab for related task. It helps for fast service but It may be complex if integration happen because lot of option will available in single portal.

Integration can be helpful to reduce complexity.

Yes, 8x8 Work improved operational efficiency in our organisation. 8x8 Work is easy to use, provide HD voice and video for conferencing. The best part of 8x8 Work is , It provide all the option at one place . It has very nice uptime. That helps to woking businesses all the time.

8x8 Work app deserve 7 number out of 10 number in my opinion because of It provides best features that a business really needs . I have seen some 8x8 Work competitor have useless features that make the software complex and hard to use the software. 8x8 Work simple and easy to use.

As per my experience 8x8 Work is best software in the industry. 8x8 Work has user friendly interface . It is affordable for all businesses like small to large businesses. I have 8 year experience and never heard that any organisation faces issue due to 8x8 Work. It's deskphone and 8x8 Work web portal integration is awesome.

My overall experience is good with 8x8 Work, It is easy to use , Provides good features that are really helpful . It makes communication best and cost effective. Some time 8x8 compliance team takes too much time to solve or settle the issue. This things take time and impacting business badly. In some case they suspend the entire company account and not respond proper.
