Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
8x8 is being used company-wide, but primarily by myself and dispatch. The techs use the app in the field to call customers. When a customer calls back, the call is routed directly to dispatch.
- Sound quality is excellent.
- Voicemail to email is an asset.
- Routing and managing where calls go within the company have made life so much better.
- Onboarding process. I would like more step by step communication. I just need to know what to do, how, and when.
- We won't be missing anymore calls.
- Won't be answering non-emergency calls after hours either.
I haven't used any other phone system like this in the past.
